Checking local police reports provided this morning to Z-1570, Alton Police were holding 37-year old Carl E. Klabough of Bunker Hill for disorderly conduct, resisting/obstruction of a peace officer, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and on an outstanding warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Also in the custody of Alton Police this morning were 28-year old Kenya L. Hamilton of the 2600 block of Walnut Court in Alton, held for solicitation of rides or business in a roadway; and 56-year old Samuel S. Perry of the 1130 block of Harrison Street in Alton, held for driving without a license.
Wood River Police were holding 33-year old Patrick J. Wooldridge of the 100 block of Henry Street in East Alton on multiple outstanding warrants.
There was no one new in the custody of East Alton Police during our early morning checks.
