Lenora Pauline Aughenbaugh, 97, died at 2:55 p.m. on Sunday, August 12, 2012 at Cobden Rehab and Nursing in Cobden, IL.

She was born march 15, 1915 in Alton the daughter of the late Earl E. and Bertha (Lamparter) Hamilton. In 1932 she married Raymond Aughenbaugh and he preceded her in death on June 27, 2002.

She is survived by a Granddaughter in law, Sabrina Aughenbaugh of Coldwater, MI, Great Grandsons, Jeremy (Stephanie) Aughenbaugh and their daughter Eleanor of Coldwater, MI and Brenton Aughenbaugh and his daughter Madeline of Coldwater, MI, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one son, Bobby Aughenbaugh and his wife Joy and one grandson, Robin Aughenbaugh, two brothers and three sisters.

Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 16, 2012 at Gent Funeral Home. Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Upper Alton Cemetery with Reverend Carl Cook to officiate.
