Mildred E. "Betty" Bligh - Morgan, 80, passed away at 12:30am on Saturday, August 18, 2012, at Eunice C. Smith Nursing Home in Alton, Illinois.  She was born on August 5, 1932, in Miami, Florida the daughter of the late Paddy and Mildred (McDonald) Paddock.  She married Donald Bligh and they later divorced and he survives in Jerseyville.  She then married Edward P. Morgan in 1975 in Orlando, Florida and he preceded her in death on May 19, 2012.  Survivors include two sons: Rick Bligh and his wife: Deborah of Old Monroe, Missouri, Ron Bligh and his companion: Maria Beatty of East Alton, one step daughter: Tracie Morgan of Colorado, a step son and his wife: Edward P. and Karen Morgan III of Florida, seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and one brother: Harry Paddock and his companion: Bobbie of Godfrey.

She was a homemaker.

In accordance with her wishes cremation rites will be accorded.
