The St. Louis Rams return to action today with the first full-squad practice of training camp. The Rams are hoping to bounce back following a 2-14 record last season. Their first preseason for St. Louis is August 12th against the Colts in Indianapolis. The Rams open the regular season in Detroit on September 9th.
Today's practice at the Continuity X Training Center in Earth City, Missouri is open to the public. Practice gets underway at 3:30 this afternoon.
